He started his career at a very young age at The King David Hotel in Jerusalem and returned to his home town Lima in Peru when the growth of tourist started again in the early 90's to work for sales at executive level for two major US carriers. It is in 2000 that Ylan discovers the wonders of Peru as Director Marketing for Lima Tours, leading tour company in Peru since 1956 Ylan moved to Florida in 2002 and since then became a world expert promoting Machu Picchu and Peru's archaeological and gastronomical treasures in market such as the gay and lesbian friendly and for the cruise lines arriving to Peruvian Ports. He spends several weeks per year exploring new treasures of Peru and around the world following his passion of travel!

Compiles 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, from working as a travel agent to a sales manager overseeing group accounts with over 750 people at a time to being a product developer for a one of a kind residential ship Sandra was born in New York City and was raised in Brazil gaining a full understanding on the best (and the cultural differences) of both worlds. This knowledge has helped her succeed in her career developing unique programs from budget oriented travel, such as universities, study abroad and basic leisure to high end Virtuoso, Signature and Residential cruise clients.
Working as both a seller (to clients) and as a buyer (from vendors), Sandra is able to approach clients on sales calls and travel shows identifying and focusing on their wants and needs as well as is equally able to identify the best selling programs and negotiate fairly with vendors. Her drive comes from a true passion to provide new experiences and new opportunities to beginners and well travelled people.
